We purchased a new Honda CR-V Hybrid to replace our 11 yr. old CR-V. We love this model for its dependability and fuel economy. A nice salesperson named Brad met us within 30 seconds after arrival. We told him what we wanted, that this would be a cash purchase and what options we preferred. They fortunately had what we were looking for and within two hours drove off with our new vehicle. We did finance a minimal amount to take advantage of a $750 discount if financed thru Honda and will pay this off in full after the required 3 payments per their finance contract. Be prepared for an aggressive sales pitch for buying an extended warranty from their "finance person". Our previous Honda never had a major mechanical/electrical problem...and I will still rely on Honda's reputation for quality and vehicle longevity, but the newer autos have so much more technology built into them now vs. our 2015 model that I half-heartedly succumbed to the sales pitch and bought an extended warranty good for 8 yrs./100k miles. Here's hoping I never have to use it. Other than the extended warranty interaction, this is a nice Honda dealer with friendly people and good service dept. that we've used before. Looking forward to many miles of Honda quality adventures!

They listened to our desires in what we wanted and did not pressure us for things we did not mention or need. The follow up with questions on vehicle technical issues and all has been great.
